Thanksgiving Turkey

I usually have one of my birds smoked by Tabb's BarBQ here in Greenville for Pre-Thanksgiving eating.  It was just taken off when I picked it up this evening.  It was done in a rub and cooked to perfection.  Just finished 2 hot turkey sandwiches that were so good they would make you slap your MaMa.  Scotty Tabb is an old turkey hunter and he can flat out cook smoke a good one.

That sounds good! Adam took over my frying several years ago. He is frying 5 this year and Scott is Smoking 2! Can't wait!
