Good Question...........
« on: November 20, 2010, 02:43:38 PM »

Let me get this straight . . . .
We're going to be "gifted" with a health care
plan we are forced to purchase and
fined if we don't,
Which purportedly covers at least
ten million more people,
without adding a single new doctor,
but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents,
written by a committee whose chairman
says he doesn't understand it,
passed by a Congress that didn't read it but
exempted themselves from it,
and signed by a President who smokes,
with funding administered by a treasury chief who
didn't pay his taxes,
for which we'll be taxed for four years before any
benefits take effect,
by a government which has
already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare,
all to be overseen by a surgeon general
who is obese,
and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!
'What the heck could
possibly go wrong?'

I hope we remember who was in charge of this country when they ran it into the ground. When Bush left office our economy was in the worst shape sense the depression.  Also,  he had the worst president rating sense they started keeping records, even worse than Nixon. I know that Clinton was a womanizer and a letch, but he had a balanced budget with a surplus when  he left office. And what about Bush's cabinet members. Almost everyone of them either resigned or got in trouble with the law. It was a free for all goverment that benefitted the Rich and Big Business. I can understand why the rich and big business don't want to change anything, they got it made with Bush's old government policies. This bi-partisan government has got to stop, or we will all be in worst trouble than we are now. Roc  * USA USA USA

it is amazing how much worse it has gotten in the last few years...I think it correlates more with who has been in charge of congress...and I do remember who was in charge of congress when Clinton was busy womanizing and the budget was getting balanced...This country is not only broke but in massive debt...and the jobs opening up are goverment...which is already bloated beyond anything our fore fathers ever thought possible. They believed in limited government...and freedom.
