Stayed home and took care of my girls today (wife & baby). I took off around 3 to pick up the kiddos from school. On my way I always look for wildlife. Today all I saw were more does than you can shake a stick out and 1 rooster pheasant. I only took a pic of the rooster- I'm not into slickheads for photos....
This feller was down is some thick brush and I almost didn't see him standing there. It's amazing that they are so vividly colorful but somehow blend into the drabbest backgrounds.
