Burl Red Oak
« on: November 12, 2010, 03:50:19 PM »
Most of you know that I have an addiction for fine pot calls and strikers. I got a set in the mail today from Mr. Jack Mincey that just blew me away. It is a burl Red Oak anodized aluminum/slate pot call with an Oak striker. Pictures just do not capture the true beauty of this wood. I have posted pictures of several pot calls made by Jack in the past. His workmanship and quality are flawless.

The best looking burl there is in my opinion! Love it!

Congrats to you both. Thats a nice chunk of wood there.
No respect should be given to a man who does not honor his word. He is just an adolescent who's acorns haven't dropped yet.

Those who stir the S**T pot should have to lick the spoon.
