Butternut....

As most of you know, I am crazy for butternut.  If there is a better wood for calls, I haven't found it!!  Here are a few recent ones I have built.  Don't get much time in the shop lately, but did manage to finish these up!!  The first one is cherry over butternut headed to Michigan.  The second one is brazilian cherry over butternut.  This one is real raspy, the way I like 'em!!  Not sure why I never tryed this combo before.  The last one is a single sider walnut over butternut.  This one is a protoype I built to test some changes to my single sider design.  I am really happy with the way it turned out.  Thanks for looking!!  Lee
