One of the most difficult teachings in scripture is that of the "Kingdom of God".
In Jeremiah 31:33 we read
33 "This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel
after that time," declares the LORD.
"I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
Simply put God has, is and always will rule in His Kingdom. We can't add to, take away from add to it in any way or change the Kingdom in principle or precept. Is best defined by simply saying God deals with individuals. Heart to Heart. Sure there is corporate worship, prayer circles, Evangelical movements. and much more that the church, (i.e. people of God) do. But God deals with individuals. This is his chosen way. You will stand in Judgement. You decide your fate in this life. When he looks at you will he see you?? OR will he see the Atoning blood of Jesus Christ that has cleansed you from all unrighteousness??
Acts 2:38
38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Once we receive Christ through repentance, he "seals us with His Holy Spirit". Praise be to God.
