Some Recent Long Boxes

Here are some long boxes I haver gotten recently and not posted on this forum. All of these calls are simply outstanding. They are all crammed with turkey.

The first call, a Zebra wood over Alaskan Yellow Cedar, was made by Jeff McKamey, Twisting Creek Calls. I was afraid Jeff was going to tune this one down to a nub but he flat nailed it. This call will do it all and then some.







The next two calls were made by Chuck Anderson, one a Red Cedar over Butternut and one a Red Cedar over Mahogany. Simply two of the best sounding long boxes I have run.





The last call I bought from Preston off his new auction site. It was made by Tony Reynolds in 2001. It is Red Cedar over Butternut and is another screamer.

Some nice additions there!  You know, Jeff probably had his wrong knee pads on when tuning this call.  Make sure and request he wear his tie dyed ones next time!!!  Sorry that's an inside joke I pick on him about, but he never denies owning any :P

Rickey, Those are some great longboxes .Those are fine addition to any call collections.. Definately top shelf calls for sure RkLu

Rickey congrats on some super calls. I had the chance to hang with Chuck a few weeks back at his house and run a few long boxes. Some awesome calls for sure.  Bill
