I can only imagine that when Porter strikes that loud and proud call in missouri......the population in my state in Tennessee will get a sudden jolt of immigrant birds !!!

Mike, There is a time and place for everything.  Where we hunt, in the huge expanse between the levee's, and you have not heard a peep by about 8:00 oclock, It's time to pull out the loudest box you have in the bag.   It's kinda like the movie A River Runs Through It.  If you shadow cast long enough, and hard enough, a trout will rise (or something to that effect)  Well, we believe, if hit one hard enough and loud enough, one will gobble.  If it's too lound for you, let me know, and I'll trade you for it.  I have a time and place for it.

Man I think this would wake the birds up several states away!!!  As big of an Osage fan as I am... I think this one will stay in my possession and pass on to my son. 

Now Tim B, I told you this would be a very popular combo.  I hope Supply and Demand economics does not hurt you now :P  As in everyone be sure and order the Osage/Bloodwood combo... rumor mill says Mr. Knee Pad fellow will keep you hooked up with Bloodwood  ROTFLMBO
