and pain is all around......
Psalms 147:3 "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds."
As we go though life the good times seem to fly by! But in the dark days and hardships we all either suffer or will suffer, life seems to slow down. It is almost as if life is playing a cruel joke. We pray for our pain to end quickly. Not one of us look forward to these "dark days". But as sure as sun rises they are a part of life. We all enjoy the "highs" of life and are terrified of the "lows"! But remember this.........
It is only in the low places the Lord meets us with a special strength to overcome things we could never conquer ourselves. It is only in the low places that we can identify with His suffering. It is only in the low places that we can identify with others suffering. Don’t back away. Run to His embrace. Receive His love and mercy. And give it away to others in need. There’s so much work to be done.
Then most assuredly God will put you in a place to minister to others in their "dark days". Then and only then will you realize the BEST this life has to offer!
