Turpin #3
« on: August 16, 2010, 10:45:10 AM »
I've been working on this call on and off for about a month. I 'm close to being happy with the sound but i will tune on it a little more. The combo is Spalted Sycamore and Ebony. The little guys are ornaments made from Cedar/walnut and a real funkey piece of Black Limba/Mineral Stained Poplar. Thanx for looking.  Bill

Bill another fine looking turpin.  Knowing how picky you are on your sound, I can only imagine what it sounds like!!!

Thanx guys for the kind words. Porter I'm not sure if it's being picky or just learning to tune for a different sound from the Cost calls either way I really like these calls.  Ed just tell me what you want and I can't wait to see my new call. RkLu Bill
