Smorgasboard of pots

Got to feeling good out in the shop today with the weather FINALLY becoming just a little bearable. Havent done the calling surfaces yet, need something to do tomorrow at my part time job, other than study *aah*
This is a single sider made of lyptus


Really nice piece of cherry


Redwood burl


this one is finished, a corrugata burl ceramic over glass


and the last is a single sider of that mystery wood I posted earlier in the week, I have concluded it is santos mahogony

Lee That ceramic burl pot and that Redwood burl are awesome. All are very nice pots! Love your work!

I just had a gentleman order a call, said he wanted crystal in a burl, and if it sounded as good as it looks he would buy more. So, I took the challenge and made that redwood burl last night. Gonna put it together today and see how it sounds.

You wouldnt believe some of the woods I have access too. There is a dealer of exotic burls in the county I work, I guess he figures it pays to be nice to a guy with SWAT on his arm *lol*
