Confused and grouchy

It always stinks when I have to convert from night shift back to day shift.  Trying to stagger it and get back to a normal shift... but what is that bright thing in the sky?  I haven't seen it that low in the sky for 3 months.

Very very little sleep and a long day of work ahead of me.  This should be a lot of fun :(  I bet my co-workers wish I wasn't back  *lol*

Hopefully I won't still be awake at 5 in the morning...  we'll see how messed up I am :)  By late this afternoon, I'll be like Oscar  *peep*

Well we are off to a great start at work.  Rolled in to work to find out one of the back hoe operators took their time out to locate one of our fiber and phone feeds.  Needless to say... it's broken in many places.  Cabling contractors were here due to the two buildings being built and right as we were coming up with a game plan, they decided to locate another one of our feeds too...  Right after I told them I would have that conduit located..  He didn't listen.

So it's extremely hot out and I wore good clothes to work today and they are going to be filthy dirty!  The first fiber cut is in really really bad shape.  We are not sure we can even fix it.  It might take a brand new run.  The other one, we got very very lucky.  It feeds 1/3 of the campus... 

If being all mess up with sleep wasn't bad enough... It started out even better losing a building on the network and crushing one of our more important conduits for fiber  >!!

I doubt anyone would want to see me in a wife beater shirt!!!!  Not sure they make them that large :)

not sure about the slacks, but am certain that he wore a yellow fanny pack.
