Hometown H.O.
« on: September 09, 2009, 10:11:05 AM »
This call is made by Ron Laun, RM Custom Calls.  The pot is a beautiful piece of Granidillo and is slate/brass.  The strikers are Granadillo and a Birdseye Maple.  This call can really sing. RkLu
Beautiful work on the call Ron.  *cool*

Sweet looking call Lou, congrats  *up*
No respect should be given to a man who does not honor his word. He is just an adolescent who's acorns haven't dropped yet.

Those who stir the S**T pot should have to lick the spoon.

You know the first thing I ever noticed about Ronald's calls when I first seen them other than the fact they were very nice was the way he goes about finishing up his drill holes.  You won't find one single burr on any of Ronald's calls.  And the wood he uses is always top notch.  He can finish them to perfection as well.  And the sound, well you just got to hear one of his calls to believe it.

You got a beauty there.

I have been telling Porter about Ronald.  I told him that Ronald makes a killer call.  And that he ought to buy a osage pot from him.  I'm going to call Ronald and invite him to come over here.  We need this guy on here.  He is that good.  And he is a super nice guy.

Ronald may get mad at me for doing this, but he will get over it.   ROTFLMBO

Here's a picture of Ronald and a nice bird he killed this spring.

He don't look nothing like I thought he would.

But I don't mean that in a bad way.

Ronald is a heck of a guy.   *cool*
