It's a sad time, but FYI OSAGE ROOST will be pulling the plug at the end of the month. It's been a great 15 years since the start, but it's hardly ever used now and time to move on!
Question for trumpet experts. Doesn't 3/32 seem to be the "most common" size?
Without going so far as to start a trumpet argument, in general smaller diameter mouthpieces create higher pitched young hen notes and require a bit more finesse to play. A larger diameter is generally easier to play and has a broader range of notes up to and including gobbler. If the diameter is too large you get gobbler notes or a fine goose caller...
