A little cherry, rosewood and zebrawood

Got four more done before I have to head back to my real job for the weekend. Two rosewoods, one zebrawood and one cherry. My wife found the lighter rosewood the last time we were at the Moxon Timbers and told me I had to get it.  *aah* I dipped the zebrawood in BLO and it turned a lot darker, but I am loving the color. Kinda rustic looking!! The cherry has some nice figuring to it and it just beautiful in the sun,
Lighter rosewood. Glass over slate

Darker rosewood. Glass over slate

Cherry, Glass over slate

Zebrawood, Slate over glass



Now to get some strikers made up for them.  *dance*

These are great! Your hole design reminds me of classic car rims. I think the cherry looks very close to the GM Rally series rims. Was that intentional or just coincidence?

coincidence. I changed the way I build my calls a little and I can get different designs now.  *dance*

Very cool coincidence! If you put some rubber around them I swear they look like rims LOL Maybe you should drop a mustang or vette emblem in the middle of one  RkLu

Maybe some spinners in those rims.   ROTFLMBO  ROTFLMBO  Might give it a a whole new sound. 

Great looking calls.  I love that hole pattern.
