Well I went back down to David Ferguson place on Monday and had a great visit with him. We tuned some callers and he asked if I'd want to go grab some fence post for some callers. Well who wouldn't say yes

I helped pull these out of the ground and I was like a kid in the candy store
Of course, I couldn't leave without getting another Fence post caller from him. He tuned this call while I was there and we struck up a flock of hens and had fun playing with them back and forth. They got pretty close and finally spotted us. We never did see them, but it was a great day in the woods. David's watchdog turkey was still there and he still hates me... Not sure why, but that darn thing was fighting purring around me... Kind of scared me. Never fear though, I avoided getting spurred this time
