Hot and humid here, first heat wave we've seen in about 7 years. Not going to complain though, last summer it rained, and rained,,lol. I did manage to get a couple of calls to the final stages. The first one is some beautifully figured Zircote, it is hard to see in the photograph, but in the sun it is quite striking. It is one of those calls that you hate to let go, but as much as I like it I figure the new owner will too. The next is Desert Ironwood, another of my favorite woods in terms of sound to make a turkey call from, it has some really nice chatoyance that reminds me of cat's eye.
