I was packing some calls going out in todays mail, playing them one last time and doing the final prep,signing, sanitizing them etc. Something happened to catch my eye in transit to the shop, I did an about face and got my camera. I manage to slowly walk up to my curiuos visitor and snap a few pictures, should have had the mono pod, but it was a nice treat I thought I would share with you!  Dave
(Now you know why it takes me a while to get calls shipped sometimes, I am easily distracted,lol.)

While out walkin' Jr. this mornin' I had a couple of does out in the front pasture - thought they were out in the open pretty late; about 7:00 am, or so ...
... always very cool to see the wildlife out & about, & "close by" ... 8)

Not sure Scotty, that thought did cross my mind, she let me get pretty close and then blew and ran off, didn't sound like she went very far though so it is possible. I would love to get a picture of a fawn!

Jill would never go for that! She is in Michigan right now, I told her Mama came looking for her, wondering where she had gone. They walk by our bedroom window almost every morning, I've seen as many as eight under the apple tree early mornings.
