I had the opportunity to run these calls today and they do sound good!!  Tom did a great job on the calls!!  RkLu
The Padauk was a good choice not only for the beautiful color contrast but also because it makes for a good lid.  You did a fine job on these calls my friend.  *cheers*

The idea was for Tom to make two calls, one for me and one for him.  Today he had me pick out the one I wanted and then he surprised me by telling me that he was giving the other call to my nephew as a Confirmation gift.  I know my nephew will be very proud to own and hunt with this call.  For those of you that don't personally know Tom, I can tell you that he is a fine Christian man who has a heart of gold.

Thank you Tom for these wonderful calls!!

You're right...I am very fortunate to have such a good friend!!  I've made a few real good friends on these forums and for that I am very grateful.  Now I have to find a good hiding spot for that call so my nephew doesn't find it till his Confirmation.  ;)
