Word of advice

Ok I'm 36 and I consider myself in good shape.  Many of you know I play basketball 4 days a week.  Consider myself fairly competitive (no not good enough for college or pro) in pickup games.

Played 3 games of 4 on 4 today and in walks our stud sophomore Lady duo.  Well guess what.. they wanted to scrimmage us.. guess what... idiots we are ... we said yes...

Games are usually for an hour but we just played 3 hours straight...  oops for getting my work done.  Good thing is, I know almost all of them and they needed a couple of guys and they got to pick their players...  I played on their team and we killed the other team!!!

They have got looks and talent!  Where I work, we have one of the top Division II teams.  Great coaches and great players, but my those ladies beat you up worse than any guy  *fall*

So next time, I think we should say no... but I know we'll say yes  *aah*

Bill I'll consider this getting "whipped" into shape for frog season :)  Sad part (or good part) is they mentioned bringing the whole team next time...  We stand zero chance :( 

I'm in a lot of pain right now.  My body isn't meant to take 3 hours of punishment ....
