Great week in PA (updated w/pics)

Had an awesome week of hunting in PA.  Took a 19 lbs 10 inch beard gobbler on Monday 5/3/10 in the rain.  Called in a 18 lbs 9 1/4 inch beard for a friend that never got a turkey on Wednesday 5/5/10 and took my last gobbler on Thursday 5/6/10 and he was 18. 5 lbs with a 10.5 inch beard and this one was taken in the rain.


First turkey taken on 5/3/10 with a mouth call made by a friend in work.


Bird I called in for a friend using a Ed Terefencko paddle call


My second turkey taken using a SCC cane yelper


Now its prep time for fall turkey.

Zumer, as soon as I get them developed I will post them for sure.  Just need to figure that part after I get them done.

Thanks guys.  Zumer, I do not have a digital camera.  Good old 35mm is what I have.  I need to put one on my Christmas list. I am going to get the first of three rolls developed tomorrow and put them on a disk so I can post them very soon.

  Congrat's on the harvests. You sure do know how to get it done! Rain isn't a bad thing. I like to hunt turkeys in the rain, it seems to pay off more often than not plus around here there is less pressure on them on rainy days.

Rainy days are great to hunt in because many people stay out of the woods but that is where the turkeys live.  Getting pictures back tonight and will try to post them later on this evening.
