I'm sorry the pic is difficult to see clearly. I took the pic with my phone as we were being yo-yoed by a stubborn bird this morning. This place where I hunt, is managed for the wildlife and other reasons. They conduct controlled burns year round, and if you haven't had the chance to chase these birds through a freshly burned area, you must do it. The birds absolutely love it! Its difficult finding a tree to sit on, but you manage. No luck today with the birds, but they are definitly in there......probably got a few burned toes too

Doug, I hunted that kind of habitat on International Paper land in Baldwin County Alabama for years. I actually enjoyed it. Especially during deer season!

Mike this is prime time habitat right here. Most folks run from the burned areas, but not me brother. It can be difficult at times to 'run-n-gun', but man those turkeys love the burned stuff
