I thought I would share my results with you guys; love these new Hevi-13 3-2-7s.
Shot my Winchester 1300 (21" barrel) using a JH .660 and the new Hevi-13, 2oz. #7 on Saturday. Our weather conditions were as follows:

Wind: 10 mph breeze, gusts up to 17 mph (had to wait for the wind to settle each shot)
Visibility: 10.0 miles
Dew Point: 17 °F
Pressure: 30.21 in
We used two different range finders to set the 40 yard mark, one of the range finders measured to the tenth of a yard. The 21" Winchester barrel was clean, but not deep cleaned, and a bore snake was pulled through after each shot.
The reason the pattern was high was I recently cracked the factory-installed rear fiber sight, and THANKFULLY Clark (allaboutshooting) was able to put me in touch with a guy to get a replacement. The replacement is a different design, and sits higher, but it fit in the dove tail so its at least functional. The factory-installed front sight on the barrel has a lower profile, and unfortunately like the base of the rear sight, is soldered in place, so I can't remove it myself. I bottomed the rear as far as it would go, and this is where the pattern hit. I have since sent the barrel to the gunsmith to have the replacement sights put on professionally. Can't wait to see what it does when I get it back -- that should build some confidence, and I won't have to remember to aim much lower then in years past when the heat is on....
First shot resulted in 270 inside a 10" circle at 40 yards, and the second was 274. I'm very pleased...
