So where's everyone hunting this year?

Well I'm making my 2nd trip to Kansas and going with Mr. Daryl Slaton.  I picked up my ear plugs tonight just so I'll have some hearing left.  I'm not sure if going with Daryl is good or bad yet, but I can tell you... it will not be dull!

Then I'll come back to what I consider the greatest state for Turkey hunting... MO!  3 weeks of vacation and non stop turkey hunting!  The Rios in Kansas will try to wear me out, but I hope the Eastern boys in MO are cooperating!

I'll be staying at home this year in my greta state of NY.  Maybe next year I'll get the chance to hunt out of state.

Our season in Arkansas starts this Saturday but a gobbler in Arkansas right now is a pretty rare sight. We are then going to do the Missouri/Kansas combo hunt on the 18th and then Jim and I are going to meet up over in Oklahoma on the 30th to chase some of those Rio birds.

I'm done here in FL, I'm on hold until May when I go to Chihuahua, Mexico to hunt the Goulds..

 Turns out we'll be hunting at home this year in Va. Was planning a couple of out of state hunts but other priorities kept us from it this year. Maybe next year!  RkLu  Guess we'll chase these High Mountain birds again.  *cry*

Pa., Pa., Pa., and did I mention an in state trip to PA.????????? Always look forward to the trip(s) in PA.... :-\

      A very slim chance for a hunt in NY, but I'll have to wait and see for that hunt!

Staying home in MI. I can`t get off work or have the funds to travel out of state! *cry* I`ll just keep on dreaming for future turkey trips! *gobble*

Headed to South Dakota to chase Merriams!!!! then headed to Ohio in the fall to hunt with Marlin....

  You WILL have a grand time this fall with Marlin and Kee-kee.......That dog has as good a nose, as I've ever seen....Marlins a GREAT host.....Ya gotta go to Pondies for a Pondy burger!!
