An Osage Rooster's wedding
« on: March 19, 2010, 02:53:24 PM »
I'm not going to mention names, but we have someone on the site that will be getting hitched this summer.  He's an avid turkey hunter and recently has gotten the bug of buying calls.  I figured we'd help this individual out and give him our secrets of hiding calls from the significant other one.

Here's what I've done and hope this helps...

Started out having the mail man put them in my truck.  Worked fine until the wife saw something sticking up and there were 4/5 boxes in the truck...  (should have coordinated that better)

Have them sent to work... I forgot you'd need to bring them home sometime....

Always tell her that they are "trade" calls.  That worked for some time, but I think I've rode that horse too long...

My current saying is, I paid for those a long time ago :)  That might be running out belief now too though  *cry*

I know the ring was several calls you could have had, but think of all the shopping you'll get to do for her... just always remember to order a call or two for yourself  *cheers*

Congrats on your engagement and best of luck  *up*
