My good friend Petie, who makes potcalls, has gone into knife making lately. Here are a couple of knives he's completed. The blade is mustard burned and gives the knife a unique look. He uses carbon steel for the blades and they will naturally stain so he figured the mustard burn would just help other stains just blend in.
I'm looking forward to getting a knife just like this one or similar, he hasn't made up his mind yet as to which he is making for me and Buck_Iggy.
