Midwest Decorative Owl Hooter

Finally had a chance to Post this picture of my decorative owl hooter for Midwest  Competition.  It was turned out of Cocobola wood, hand checkered around the call and stand.  I turned a piece of brass and a piece of delrin for the stand. The owl took me about 30 hours to complete.  The base is also Cocobola..notice the darker stock of wood.
My Loon on here was lucky enough to place first.  Thanks for looking and best of luck to everyone at Nationals
