My '08 Archery Buck

I shot this buck in Oct. '08 here in NY.  On the biggest racked and bodied deer I've taken here.  The deer was every bit of 200lbs dressed and sported a good 6 point rack, for where I hunt anyway.




Here he is on the wall.

That is a big bodied buck for being a 6 point. Do you know how old he was?

Not sure Phil but I would guess 3.5-4.5 years old.  With 4.5 being more likely.

 Ni9ce archery buck. It's funny how some of them don't grow eyeguards. Looks good though!

Its a genetic thing here by us.  We've killed and seen quite a few buck sover the years without brow tines.

That is one nice deer.  Funny it's a 6 point, but good thing you took him out of the gene pool!
