God's Creation!

I was sitting here early this am admiring a piece of sycamore.  A friend let me cut some from a 150 year old tree that was condemned on City right of way.  As a callmaker, the most rewarding things that I do is take a piece of wood and show others what he created.  That pattern, and all things were created by him.  To GOD be the glory.

Oh yes sir!.. It's just an amazing that God would create such beauty in such a non-assuming tree! If you really think about the philosophy behind that.. Just imagine the person God has created in you.

Well said John! I can't imagine being a callmaker and working with all the different woods and no stopping every once in a while to admire the beauty of the grain or some other feature that reveals itself to us.  *up*

Amen John, well said my friend.  That's a beautiful piece of wood with some great history to it. You will turn that into a great call for the turkey woods!  Always enjoy your work.  Good luck this spring!!
