Some of you guys know that I got involved with a buddy who already made some turkey calls. I've always been interested as my Dad was a custom knife maker. I always just felt that I had so many friends making them that I didn't need to for fear of upsetting someone. Billy McCallister lives down the road and I was hanging out in his shop helping him tweak and develop new calls. One day he asked me to be his partner, and last year we operated as Mac Daddy Calls.  This year we changed our name to Natural Addiction calls so it represents both of our passion and team work. We still turn every call one at a time on the lathe. I am doing lathe work to but let Billy do the complicated stuff as he has been doin it for years. Every call you touch has something done on it by both of us. It's great because we can work on different things to keep the shop rolling. We also hand select our wood. We want to give our customers a high value call that looks beautiful but still kills in the woods. Thank you for all the support, I truly have fallen in love with wood turning, call making, and appreciate all the attaboy from you guys.

Great looking calls Del and that knife is some else. I was a knife nut before collecting turkey calls.

You can find some of my Dads stuff online. He only made about 250 knives and then his eyes went bad.

I saw two last year that sold for $450 each.

Found another cant let it get away piece of wood tonight. Been wanting some black and white ebony for trumpet blanks. Found the right block of wood at the right price. Coming soon....
