Went to Wal-Mart Today.

When I came out of the store I saw someone had flicked a lit cigarrete into the mulch that they put around one of their trees in the parking lot.  It was smoking good.  Saw an employee and told him about it. And he said, "I can't do nothing, I am not on the clock!"
