I haven't been real busy in the shop lately...hunting season...but I thought I would post some pictures of some callers that I am working on...finally got my shop cleaned up a little

first picture is a pair of tiger striped maple callers that still need a lot of work.. handles shortened,sanding,staining,applying finish...they are going to be acid stained so that the beauty of the tiger pattern shows up better....that is a rosewood lid one one of them...not sure if that is going to stay...just wanted an idea of  the sound .


same two maple callers flanked by a Hackberry box on top and a Bacote blank on the bottom

Those will definitely make the new owners very happy! 

Love the way they look and that tiger maple will look awesome after the acid stain!
