Bill (Callmakerman) sent me this great wood for a trade a LONG time ago.  Just now getting around to it and will mail this one to him Mon. for his New York Season which I understand just got under way.

This Turpin shortbox  is Asian Ironwood over Koa.  Great combination sound wise.  Hope you enjoy it Bill.

 *ride* John that's one stunning looking Turpin call and I know she's full of hen turkey. I will get her out in the woods later this week with the hopes the gobblers open up a bit. Been a real tight lipped opening week in my area with only the jakes showing themselves and I hope it changes soon. Thanx again for building me such a fine caller.
