I know that this is not a call but I couldn't stand not posting on here.. Last Spring during the NWTF Conference I walked the floor almost 3 days searching for that one special thing I wanted to bring home as a "PRIZE". So the first thing I found was the perfect piece, while looking the Earl Mickel estate collection I spotted a Mike Lapp 1 of 1 ... Boy O Boy.. I was pretty excited. I made the purchase and was a happy man!!! Then I had a weak moment and let it slip out of my possession.. now its in the hands of the Artisan that created it... Okay now ... back on track to find another special "PRIZE" .. Well, while talking to my buddy SteveL.. I was looking at his showcase of handcrafted man wear.. I noticed to the side of his display the Original Master of his "Silver Turkey Skull" that was hand carved in Ivory. Oh Boy!! I had it have it.. I asked Steve about it and he kept directing me to the cast silver...but I keep looking at the ivory. That Ivory was going to mine somehow.. so after about what seemed like 30 mins of begging, pleading and making up a story about my sick grandmother I was going to give it too... Steve gave in and promised it to me. money changed hands and my order was taken. Steve did a awesome job designing the clasp and the was I wanted it to hang on my Big Ole' neck.. I just got it in the mail today!!! So here is my "Prize 2015"
