Twins for Grandpa's
« on: December 22, 2009, 09:30:39 PM »
This is something a little different for me.  I don't turn too many pots, but wanted to do something special for the new grandfathers.  The walnut and cherry is from wood that was salvaged from my father-in-law's wood pile that he cut on his farm.  Both are glass over slate.  One striker is cherry and the other is hickory.  Hope you like them.

Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Lee

Lee this is the first time I have seen your slate calls. The pictures are awesome. The grandpa's are going to love them. I love your striker design. I bet they can talk the turkey talk for sure. Thanks for sharing, Mike
