The Turpin Part of Steve Brown's three call set headed to Nashville.  Steve's "Black Walnut" over his Figured Mahogany.  Mr.E   (Added the One Sider)

Chris, I really think it was the I-Pad picture that I took.  It is a hair smaller than the original, but not noticeable when you look at it.   I will say that the grain ran just like I prefer, and that Walnut of Steve's has a great sound in this old school call when combined with his mahogany.   Mr. E

Here is a picture of Steve's box compared to an original prototype that I hunt with.  Tail of box maybe 3/8 shorter than original prototype.  Paddle is exactly the same as is the cavity size.  Sound dead on.  Mr. E
