Georgia 2014 Gobbler

30 degree morning.
WMA hunt....Very quiet morning...No roost gobbling....No songbirds....two crows.
Walking and calling....S&S short box....Chestnut/Purpleheart/Holly.
Bird gobbles in hollow less than 50 yards...."ONE" gobble.
Call with mouth call...NOTHING !!!
Getting ready to hit the box again and there he is Sharp Gobbler Clucks !!! 15 yards.
BLAM !!!! What a way to start retirement *cheers* *gobble*
20 Lb's...10 1/2" beard...1" spurs

I can be in Oakwood in 10 minutes from my house...When we goin??? ROTFLMBO

Let's do a hunt at Swallow Creek WMA.... something not too strenuous for us old guys..
