I have used this knife for years. It has been used on many turkey breast.

Both the turkey and deer handle knives are unique.  I like that sort of thing. Thanks for sharing.

Really nice knives!  I got a couple a round if I would get in gear and take some pics.  Although, I have to say I have been looking for the perfect "turkey knife" for several years and haven't found it ......yet.  ;)

this is a modified version of an A.G. Russell Canadian belt knife it is about 1/2 inch longer and 1/8 wider......made by Scott McLemore..154cpm cryo and heat treated black micarta sides...best bird knife I've ever used....

My dad used to be a custom knife maker. I got my hands on a few of his over the years. He made the sheaths as well. The last knife to the right in the picture with all knives sheathed wasn't my dads, but he made the sheath.
