Spring Season

As the days get longer and weather gets warmer the 2014 Spring Turkey Season is upon us. May you all have a SAFE and successful season. Good luck to all and I look forward to the pictures and tales  that follow.

Same to you.  I'm leaving to travel and camp through Kansas on the 15th of April ... still a month away.  Then Mighty MO season starts...  then back to Kansas for chasing some Rios.  Here's to hoping for a memory filled season! 

The week of the 15th and the second time going to Kansas will be special hunting with two of my closest friends!

It's getting close your right Will. Good luck to you and everyone as we start the ritual of no sleep chasing the bird of Spring!!
Can't wait- I leave Thursday for a fast stop in Alabama in Shannon's neighborhood  *peep*, then I'm off to turkey parodies in Florida for a while, going to be back in Georgia for next weeks opener then it turkey time here the next sat here at home !! Can't wait to hear the mornings start off with thundering !!

We do not have a Spring Gobbler season here in WV, we have a Summer Gobbler season. These knot heads won't open it until April 28, and the state chapter backs it all the way. That one reasion I won't be a member anymore. If I could have my choice of a Spring season here I would take the last 2 weeks of March and the first 2 weeks of April. But I don't make the laws.

Yep PA has moved our spring season back to May not a fan of this move either
