Invited to rejoin Old Gobbler

I have by a very respectful guy I trust, who has good intentions, so I am willing to consider it.  What yah think?--Jason

If it wasn't for a certain person whom I respect a lot asking... I probably would have said heck no.  However, I am only pondering it and there would definitely have to be some issues resolved along with a big change in how they conduct business there.  Just trying to be optimistic and open minded.---Jason

Can you clarify for me please.  Not sure how to take this from you and experience on forums over many years makes me question everything.  Is my membership here in jeopardy because of this post?  I have no ill intentions with or toward Osage and plan on being here for a long time.  I question OG and there out of the blue, all of a sudden invite though.

Jason, your membership here is not in jeopardy at all and thanks for asking about that. Your are welcome here as you will be welcomed at other forums. My point is you have every right to be a member in good standing in any of those places. We value you here and hope you continue here with us.

Jason I just want to reiterate that in NO WAY are you in jeopardy here!!!!

Things have gotten crazy here I will admit!  I'm not sure what is going on with some people, but I have my suspicions who has asked you to join. 

I've seen a call maker delete his account only to watch them "monitor" the site with another account.  I've pondered, why would you delete your account and go, but yet you've really not gone?  All the while telling everyone to delete their account and move on.   

I started this site for call makers and that is still true.  We have zero advertisement, I get zero dollars for providing it and I never will.  I was very fortunate that a ton of people came together and did a fundraiser for the site!  The cost were taking it's toll on me, but I kept my head high and try to provide a great place!

I keep remembering what good ole Charlie Parrish told me the day I started this site..  Watch out for the trolls and all sites go through    He laughs at me quite regularly and we talk about the BS that goes on!

You know if you have any questions, feel free to let me know!   I wish I had more time to spend on here.  I really do, but life throws you curveballs from time to time.  I accepted a job that requires a lot more of my time, but I enjoy my job and what I do!

Relax big guy.  All is good with me and definitely good with us.  I know exactly what you have said and experience.  I was a mod. many years ago on CCO and remember the aches and pains and to this day still have  to deal with from decisions I made as mod. back then.  You need to call me some time, we can talk.  I watched the threads and knew they were headed for disaster.  Its a shame we have lost members.  I sincerely hope things can be reconciled and fixed but it will take some work, cooling off and people talking to sort things out.

My wording was probably a bit off, but 1) I have the flu and 2) I got called in to work for our NCAA Selection show.   Right now I'm hoping that both our men and women host the Regional Tournament.  I've quarantined myself from everyone else, but no flu is keeping away from helping our ladies team!
