I saw this at the convention and ordered one.  I do a fair amount of hunting in OK and SD in areas where trees are very limited.  It looks like it could be an asset.  It comes with a lifetime replacement warranty which help justify the price.  Any thoughts?

I looked at them at the ATA show and tried one on at the NWTF convention as I was curious as to what could make this a $300 vest. 
After the magnet that holds the seat to the vest kept coming disconnected 3-4 times while trying to adjust the rest of the vest I wondered how in the world it would even stay together as one walked any distance at all through the woods.
The snake oil salesman quickly replied "It has a plastic buckle connector to help keep it up while your walking".  I think one could put a better magnetic system in a $300 vest myself.  The OL Tom Ibeam has room for improvement that I currently use but I will say that the magnetic seat at least works like it should..

I'd like to know the weight of it.  I like the idea of the back and I know I've seen several like that.  I know in Kansas, a back support would come in handy, but I'm not one on toting a lot of weight (bad weak loser of a back).

Seems like all vests cost are going up and this one is loaded with pockets and a support system.

I have several of the very small earth magnets that I might stitch in if the magnets are weak like you suggested. I have already planned on making that upgrade.  Seems like the only vest that has the seat mastered is the Cabelas brand.

Ok that just takes my number 1 concern out... I figured it weighed 5/6 lbs...

My thought process has been that I am currently on my second vest in 5 years.  I tend to rip the mesh on branches and what not while falling threw the woods in the dark.  With this vest if they honor the lifetime warranty which I have heard Tenzing is very good at honoring I should be money ahead.  I will send pictures in the next few days.  It shipped this morning.

I added some rare earth magnets to the pack after the first day this thing is amazing.  If you notice the 2 tan squares those are added magnets.  This is the most comfortable pack I have ever used.  With the legs deployed you can rest your head an nap. With them not deployed its like leanin your rocking chair back against a tree.  Ready for season.

Is the weight comparable to other vests?  Sounds like it is really supportive and comfortable.  My back kills me and I've been using Cabela's tactical tat'r but when you are some where that the trees stink (like Kansas), it makes it hard to setup.
