Ready for Spring

Well spring is around the corner.  Hear in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states it has been a nasty winter.  How are the flocks in your area?  I have not been able to get to camp cause of the deep snow. Just would like to hear your reports. Bill Henkle post some pictures from his place and looks like they have survived ok. But would enjoy hearing what your seeing.  I have cabin fever real bad lately. Went to a NWTF banquet last night and that the fever a little.

I think you may be in turkey heaven Rickey. That is great and that is a nice flock of gobblers you saw.  Maybe take a camera and do a little camera hunting. Always fun to do before season.

Bob- it's a shame ya had to wait another week to get around all the like mined turkey nuts- we all got jump started last weekend in music city- the stage is set for all our FAVORITE time of year!!
Rickey- know your land excited ya a lot with what ya saw- but it really sounds like ya did hit the lottery with your neighbors properity to add to you days and hikes in the spring woods.

A few of my farms seem to be doing fantastic.  I just hope they stay that way.  We have had a pretty brutal winter so far and looks like ole man winter is coming back for next week.

Awesome...Turkeys in my area are everywhere...I cant wait till spring!!

Talked to my landowner in Fla for over an hour yesterday- the report sure was good- seeing lots of birds here close to home at Aubies too
Man- can't sleep already knowing I am about to go 2 1/2 months with no sleep again
