Buice Trumpet
« on: February 19, 2014, 02:19:22 PM »
After talking to  a few members I decided to buy a Buice Trumpet. Got this awhile back just forgot about posting it. The call is Black and White Ebony with a number 4 delrin mouth piece. I am thinking of getting a number 2 and 3 for the fall. This call is a raspy call with a good roll over. Very easy to play. Mr Buice was a pleasure to talk to and amazed me that he has been making calls for as long as he has. I got a Del Crow aka savduk lanyard for the call its a leather lanyard

I thought you would be bigger

Job the no#. 3 mouth piece works out well for fall its higher pitched and has the right tone. I run it in my osage horn and a 4# in the rosewood. A 5# runs well in the osage if you want the gobbler sound.

One thing I will say about a Buice trumpet is, you will never starve to death, as they flat out call birds to the gun. Congats on a killer from Buice. *up*
