Winter break box calls
« on: January 21, 2014, 05:18:52 PM »
I was able to have alot of time in the shop this past month due to winter break. Back to school now and baseball has started so my time is limited again...but here's just a few of the calls I did over break. Some have you may have seen these already on my Facebook page, but I'll post some here for those who don't go on there. Thanks for looking!

Purple Heart over Butternut with Maple Endblocks. This one went to Mississippi

Zebrawood over Alaskan Yellow Cedar with Gabon Ebony inlays. I still have this one...but it may be for sale in the near future

Yellow Heart over Black Limba with Mineral Poplar inlays

Jatoba over Black Walnut with Padauk inlays for "Jacobson"

Macassar Ebony over Butternut with ebony inlays. This is one of my favorite combos now after building this call.

Maple over mahogany with bubinga inlays. I put one of my older lids on this one which is why it has double inlays on the lid...I don't do that too often anymore.

Walnut over mahogany with walnut inlays and zebrawood base. This one is posted in the classifieds.
