Turkey loads?

Is anyone using a good turkey load.  My setup is a mossy 935, 24" barrel Indian creek .675.  Open to suggestions.  I normally us magnam blend.  Thanks TJ

According to what ya want to spend - I shoot a 935 also and have done a lot of testing with it. I started hunting with a old 870 before I vector chokes, moved to a more modern 870 with I vector, moved to a 11-87,to a Benelli, then to a 935 ...
I pattern all choke/ shells on poster paper and take time to study them. Nothing I have tried in my gun compares to Nitro's - either the 4-5-7 or straight 7's for groups and energy down range- I shoot a rhino 695 choke, but have not tested the Indian creek that I hear shoots well with the set up.
Nitro's cost ya a arm and a leg- but they are worth it to me when the moment in a hunt that you want the gun to preform

Not a gun I shoot but a good hunting bud uses that gun with a Jellyhead choke and the magblends are what he shoots most. He rolls em.  He also got real good patterns with Hevishot in #6 when we were patterning.  I have shot a bunch in various guns and have not seen anything to compare with the Nitro's in pellet count unless you want to go with other custom loads or maybe HTL in #7's.  But the Nitro's are pricey and each gun is different. But consider after you pattern an dial in....how much do you really shoot?  I know in the hunting woods I do more carrying than shooting most of the time...

I shoot a 26" version with a .670 Sumtoy choke. Heavy 13 #7's down the pipe renders 308 or so in the 10 with an additional 200+ in the 20. Can't tell ya any thing farther than 56 yds, they drop will very little flop!!

I understand the the 12 ga moss ergs are supposed to be over ored barrels- never verified it but been told that by someone in the industry- they do pattern unreal for me

I think your pretty much set.. What are the patterns like with the MB? If not satisfied move to the straight 7s.. That choke is very proven with the 835/935 with a variety of loads.

I have been an enthusiastic fan of Nitro Company's ammo for over 20 seasons. My current load of choice is the 12 gauge 3" H321 2 oz 457 Hevi blend.

Well over 100 dead longbeards with Nitros.  I see no reason to change - Until (if) something comes out that patterns better and kills with more authority. That being said, I will be trying some TSS handloads in a 20 this year. The pattern board shows promise.

Nitro shells have NEVER let me down.. They will smash one's face..

I shot the hevi 4x5x7 for years in my 835 with a jellyhead. Truly devastating results.

Last year I shot the megaweight/hevi (I think 4x5x6x7) in my Maxus with the Indian Creek choke. It's not quite the pattern I was getting out of the old 835, but its not enough different to matter.

JEB's chokes leave me unimpressed.

(IF) I were to shoot Hevi shot it would be the 2oz #6s.... through a Rhino .660.

I will plug SUMTOY choke tubes even though William treated me poorly. His results are better than his customer service. Don't hesitate to buy one of his tubes.

Thanks for the replies.  I used to shoot nitro but I read something about the blowing barrels up?  Not sure if it's true... I shot it with the .835 and a .690 jelly head... I would go back to nitros but would the 935 shoot them better with the .675 Indian creek or the .690 jelly head?  Thanks TJ
