It's a sad time, but FYI OSAGE ROOST will be pulling the plug at the end of the month. It's been a great 15 years since the start, but it's hardly ever used now and time to move on!
Built for a big turkey thug from LA, no that ain't LA California , this is a Bolivian Rosewood over heart mineral stained Poplar from Wilcox County Alabama. The hunter asked, "hey, do you think you could do a strutting gobbler and really show off his spurs...he had 1.75" spurs right and left and he is the biggest bird I have ever taken" Well, this is what I came up with--hope he likes it. I know he'll love the sound, this is a bold hunting call starting nice and high with a super roll-over to a crisp punchy yawk. Hard to let this one go...it should be in MY vest for spring.
