On Twitter, they say that they are sending a message to the poachers.  I got news for them, the poachers already got paid and could care less what happens to the Ivory now.

your right--the poachers got paid already---
if the govt thought about economics---they could sell the ivory and drive down the black market price they get.....simple economics, but when would the govt EVER understand that  *wha*
