Ohio Fall hunt 2013 (pics)

Well another Fall hunt is in the books at the Limbhanger Lodge, Jeff and David and I would like to thank Marlin, Ronnie and Gary for their hard work on getting us on the birds.  And for Marlin and Myras gracious hospitality..Another big thanks to the girls Kee Kee and Cutter as well as Garys girls Sugar,Gabby. It was a rough go for a while but all came together, We had Cold weather, wind and rain to contend with, but we all 3 got it done..3 Tags Punched!! What a great time, enjoyed running calls and listening to the fall woods light up with sound..Nothing like it..Cherished memories in the turkey woods with great friends...Jeff took lots of pics so more are to come...

Tim put it well---there is something so special to make that trip to Ohio. Its a priceless memory's each year to experience. Thanks again Myra, Marlin, Ronnie,Gary,Kee-Kee,Cutter,Sugar,Gabby,and Gina for the hard work and memories with dear friends. The harvest is great, but the endless laughs,time spent and different "special moments" each hunt hold for all of us will go with me all my life in my memory. There are stories with this hunt...well -lets just say---don't need to be told  ;D, but there are pics of a few moments that may yet surface---we will just see who gets BRAVE first  ROTFLMBO.
Guys--I just wish I could return the priveledge you have give me so graciously the past years hunting with you guys !!!

Congrats on the harvests! In my eyes, there is nothing like fall turkey hunting with dogs....the spring turkey hunters out there that don't get to do it are really missing out on a great part of turkey hunting!  I always get alot of guys that tell me...."well, I'm not into shooting jakes, hens or young turkeys".  My response is always...."well, you don't have to, you can wait on a gobbler if that's what you want, it's either sex bird (in most states)".   *up* *up* *up*

Looks like a good time was had by all, Hunting with good friends and dogs in the fall is always a good time and getting a turkey or two is an added bonus. Only a little over week till I get to go with Cutter, Can't wait
