Tommy, we certainly dont want to lose you as a member here. Bear with me a second... there are a few subjects that will ruffle some feathers when they come up. Blinds, decoys, rifles and baiting all stir up personal opinions and sometimes lead to arguing. I believe that if something is legal and widely accepted as ethical, then hunt however you want to. But baiting and rifles really upset some hunters even though they are legal in some states. Your post kind of sounded like you were ready to hunt turkeys over feed and it is understandable that it would rile some folks up. I had to re read the post a couple times and was glad to see your response that you are NOT hunting over bait. Now dont get me wrong, I will sit over a small pile of corn when I am deer hunting but wouldnt consider it even where legal for turkeys. Theres just too many better ways to enjoy the hunt. That said, I think that K read it like i did , that you were ready to take the turkeys over feed which would seem like cheating to most turkey hunters. Like I said before , I am glad that you straightened that out for us and now we can move on past that part. I enjoy seeing your calls and reading your contributions to the forum so I hope you will stay on board with us.
