Padauk over Butternut Short Box

Finished this one up tonight. First call I ever used Padauk for and it will not be the last. This is a sweet combo with the butternut box. Ebony inlays really look nice on the lid. Ran out of daylight before i could take pics and now im heading back to college so I'll have to take some better pics outaude next time i get home. But here it is, This ones still looking for a home...

Nice!!  I have always liked a paduak on butternut box. Got a great bark too it ;)

Austin's calls are more than a pretty face, I just got a maple over mahogany short box that is packed full of crisp turkey tones, really neat & clean workmanship too. Straight up .

Well said, as I just receive this Padauk over Butternut today, and I must say the sound is robust, Clean and runs well quiet also, Well done Austin!
